What are your requirements for tenant screening?
– An application is required for all residents over the age of 18
– Credit score of 650 or higher (larger deposit needed if lower)
– Income of 3x rent per month (larger deposit needed if lower)
– Criminal history clear of violence, sex crimes, and drug trafficking
– No arrests in the last 6 months
– No judgments against you from a property management company or evictions

What is the process for requesting to move out?
Prior to 30 days from move out, submit a written request by email or mail to us noting your move out date. Complete the move out checklist to make sure you get the most of your deposit back possible. Someone will reach out to you to schedule the final walk through with one of our local team members.

Are pets ok?
Dogs and cats are ok, however, they still need to go through the application process. Aggressive breeds are not allowed. Pictures of the pets are required prior to move in and no more than two pets per home. Rent is an additional $25 per month per pet. There is no pet deposit or fee, but damage caused by the pet will be repaired from the initial deposit.

What do I need to apply?
The application process is entirely online. Email our office to request an application. You will be sent an invitation to apply through Apartments.com. You can invite other applicants to apply from there. The application fee is $24.99 and is paid to Apartments.com. Apartments.com will provide you with a copy of your credit evaluation and background check details as well. If the application is not accepted, the credit and background check is available for 30 days through Apartments.com Each applicant will need to email your last two months of pay stubs and provide a copy of your drivers license to our office.
